How much does it cost to charter a bus ?

Bus charter costs generally involve a custom quoting process. There are many variables that are taken into consideration including the size of the bus, the duration of the charter, whether it is local or out of State and mileage. Do you offer wheelchair accessible buses ?

Yes. Every city that we have service has ADA compliant vehicles. Not all vehicles have wheelchair facilities so please call our charter department to discuss what vehicles are available in the city of service you are interested in.

 

If we overnight with the bus do we have to pay for a driver's room ?

Yes. Any trips that venture outside of the area in which the charter starts will require you to pay for a room for the driver. Your charter consultant will discuss this with you at the time we provide you with a quote.

 

How many hours each day can the bus driver drive the bus ?

Federal law states that each driver may only be on duty 15 hours each day and of those hours he or she can operate the bus a maximum of 10 hours. After this 15 hours is up, your driver will need to be off for 8 hours with travel time in-between. If you have a L-O-N-G itinerary and wish to drive more than 500 miles each day, two drivers may be required. Please consult with our charter department regarding this.

 

What is the required deposit for a bus charter ?

Deposits will vary for most charters depending on the dollar amount of your order. As a general rule 20 to 30 percent will be due at the time you place your reservation with the balance due prior to the actual service being provided. Please review your quote and/or charter order for this information.

 

How can I pay for my charter bus rental ?

King's Tour Charter accepts Master Card, VISA, American Express, Money Orders and Wire Transfers.In addition, you may pay by company, agency or organization check if you are paying at least 14 days in advance.

 

What is your cancellation policy ?

Cancellation policies will vary depending on the demand for buses for the date in which you have chartered a bus for. Please review your contract/confirmation prior to making any payments with King's Tour Charter to insure you agree and understand the terms and conditions of your charter.

 

How far in advance should I reserve my charter bus ?

While many clients can book up to six months in advance we also have many clients who call us with their service needs within days of their desired departure date. Advance notice is always appreciated and increases the odds that buses will be available. King's Tour Charter will always do our very best to accommodate your needs no matter how much notice you provide us. We are the experts in "LAST MINUTE" charters.

 

What if I have found a lower price than your quote ?
